JOB DESCRIPTION
To identify, acquire and retain new borrowers and lenders and be the company interface with the clients
Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers (lenders and borrowers) and responsible for achieving sales target
  • Make sale pitch / presentation to borrower / lender groups and follow-up on the each of the sales activities.
  • Develop relevant business proposals, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Implement marketing programs at the ground level for both borrowers and lenders.
  • Build referral and lead generation network
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of financial products and ability / confidence to deal with intelligent customers
  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, high energy Level
Other Requirements:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal loans
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Should be capable of working independently.
  • Travel is essential for this position
